Ethan’s Eats is two businesses under one roof located at The Regal Room in Olyphant, PA.  It’s not only a cafe serving an exclusive blend of Black and Brass coffee and other specialty drinks, but also a meal company offering different menus twice weekly. Our cafe features homemade sandwiches, salads, grain bowls, soups, baked goods, and much more. We focus on fresh and homemade cuisine and drinks in both our cafe and our meal delivery/pickup service.
